This deliverable D1.6 presents the updated Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (DEC) Strategy of the IRISCC project. It defines how project activities, services, and results are communicated, how engagement with targeted stakeholders is organised, and how dissemination and exploitation actions are structured to maximise impact and long-term sustainability. Building on the initial DEC strategy (D1.2), this refined version reflects insights from early implementation and introduces a more operational, impact-driven approach.
The updated IRISCC DEC strategy aims to increase awareness, engagement, and especially uptake of IRISCC services, including Transnational Access (TA), Virtual Access (VA), and Fast-Track calls. A key shift is the move from general visibility activities to targeted, impact-oriented communication that directly supports service adoption and long-term sustainability.
