IRISCC 2nd Open Call for Access opens soon

We are pleased to announce that the Second IRISCC Open Call for Transnational Access will open on September 29, 2025. The call will close on November 28, 2025.

This call will provide researchers, policymakers, and industry professionals with the opportunity to access cutting-edge research services and facilities addressing climate change-driven risks. Just like in the first call, proposals are welcome from across sectors, including academia, government, and industry, with no specific thematic focus. This is an excellent opportunity to access world-class infrastructure and services, supporting a wide range of research related to hazards, exposure, and vulnerabilities.

What to expect?

Through this call, successful applicants will gain access to:

  • European research infrastructures, facilities, platforms, tools and other services from the IRISCC Catalogue

  • Support for transnational (on-site, remote, or hybrid) access

  • Travel & subsistence funding (up to €2000 per accepted proposal)
