Innovation Management Plan – Strategic Approach for Maximum Impact

We are pleased to announce that IRISCC has submitted a new deliverable— Innovation Management Plan—to the European Commission. This document outlines the comprehensive approach the project will take to manage innovation, ensuring that its results have a lasting impact both during the project and beyond.

The Innovation Management Plan provides a structured framework for evaluating key exploitable results, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective use of project outputs. It includes specific processes, timelines, and monitoring strategies designed to promote the successful uptake of the IRISCC results, including in the areas of policy, technology, and business.

In addition to detailing the system for managing and exploiting innovation, the deliverable also outlines the roles and responsibilities of key partners, the methodology for identifying and maximising project results, and the first progress indicators from the initial months of the project. This foundation sets the stage for a continuous cycle of improvement and impact, with updates and further progress to be shared in future deliverables, including D1.5 - IRISCC Policy Brief I.

The Innovation Management Plan will be regularly updated throughout the project, adapting to new developments and ensuring the project remains aligned with stakeholder needs and evolving external opportunities.

By aligning these innovation management activities with the Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication Plan (D1.2), the IRISCC project is well-positioned to maximise its reach and ensure long-term sustainability and success.
